Rebecca Bradley, Master Certified Coach

Rebecca began coaching men and women to be successful in business over twenty years ago. As a Master Certified Coach, Rebecca has been on the leading edge of her profession since day one, and she continues as a thought leader today. She has taught coaching skills to more than 6,000 mid- and senior-level managers at The Coca-Cola Company, Kinko’s, Xerox, The Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) and the Ministries of Education and Manpower in Singapore. She has created a Coaching and Mentoring Certification Training Program that is being implemented system-wide at the VHA.

Rebecca is a charter member of the Society of Organizational Learning and a past mentor in the Georgia 100 Mentor Exchange program. She is an assessor for the International Coach Federation, where she evaluates individuals and coach training schools who are seeking certification or accreditation. She is a published co-author and frequent speaker on partnership coaching, growing individual and organizational capacity, and partnering as a developmental discipline for tomorrow’s leaders.

Rebecca’s work with coaching individuals has enabled her to partner with people whose success made them happy.  She has also worked with those who appeared to be successful based on our society’s measures, but who were very unhappy. Here’s what she says,
